Sanctuary Grenada collects information you voluntarily submit through our investment inquiry form, including your name, contact information, country of residence, investor profile, interests and message. We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate prospective investor or partner interest, and maintain appropriate business records.

Information may be shared with project representatives, professional advisers, authorised agents, service providers or other parties reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information. If the site is hosted on a platform such as Netlify, form submissions and technical logs may also be processed by that hosting provider under its own terms.

Only information reasonably necessary for inquiry management should be requested. Information may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to you, comply with legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes and maintain business records.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and compliance obligations. Use the investment inquiry form and state that your request concerns privacy.
International processing
Project stakeholders and service providers may operate in different countries. By submitting an inquiry, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures should be used to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
