Branded Residences
Thirty residences across three four-to-five-storey buildings, planned at ten residences per building and two qualifying investors per residence.
Grenada · Caribbean
A low-density oceanfront eco-resort uniting branded residences, secluded villas and boutique hospitality with a pathway to Grenada citizenship through qualifying real estate.
The Sanctuary thesis
Sanctuary is conceived as a compact, high-design Caribbean retreat where the resort experience, residential ownership and investment story are woven into one place.
Designed around nature.
Green roofs, solar energy, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation and native landscaping shape a resort that is intended to tread lightly while feeling deeply luxurious.
Designed around privacy.
Three residence buildings sit above the social heart of the resort while six private pool villas step down toward the sea, balancing community with retreat.
Designed around experience.
An infinity pool, spa, destination dining, beach club, fitness and coworking create a full-service lifestyle without sacrificing the intimacy of a boutique property.
Designed around ownership.
The plan combines shared qualifying residence interests with full-ownership villas and a professionally operated hotel—multiple ways to participate in one resort ecosystem.
Site master plan
The supplied master plan places the residences high on the site, the hotel and main pool at the center, and villas and beach club closer to the shoreline.
The ownership collection
A layered ownership strategy broadens the audience while preserving the resort’s boutique character.

Six secluded two- to three-bedroom villas with private pools, designed for whole ownership and a more residential relationship with the resort.
A 30–40-key hospitality anchor with lobby, restaurant, bar, spa and fitness, supporting full resort operations and rental demand.
Grenada citizenship by investment
Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme permits investment in qualifying Government-approved projects through an Authorised Local Agent. Current programme guidance lists a US$270,000 minimum shared investment in qualifying tourism accommodation, plus applicable government and processing fees.
Programme information reviewed September 2026. Sources: Investment Migration Agency Grenada and Application Guide. Citizenship is never guaranteed; eligibility, fees and approval depend on current law, due diligence and official decisions.
Resort life
Morning swims, work with an ocean view, long lunches, sunset cocktails and quiet villas set into tropical landscape.
Sustainable by design
The project materials identify practical sustainability strategies intended to reduce operating loads and preserve the site’s tropical character.
On-site solar generation is planned to reduce reliance on conventional grid energy.
Water capture and reuse can support landscaping and selected non-potable resort demands.
Orientation and open-air design can maximize trade winds and reduce cooling demand.
Landscape strategy prioritizes tropical planting and a resort identity rooted in Grenada.
